What am I signing up for?

You are signing up for the Nick Jr. Birthday Club! As a member, you are able to schedule up to 5 personalized birthday phone calls a year. In addition to your personalized birthday phone calls, you will receive party planning tips & ideas, free birthday printables, and more, all delivered straight to your inbox.

Is it free?

Absolutely! The Nick Jr. Birthday Club is a free program.

When can I schedule my child's birthday phone call?

You can schedule your child's personalized birthday phone call at any time. While we ask that you use accurate birthday information, you'll be given an option to schedule your call on any day you choose in step 4.

How and when will I receive my child's birthday phone call?

If you signed up using a mobile phone number, you will receive a text message on the morning of your scheduled call. When your child is ready to receive the phone call, just hit the link that you'll receive in the text message. The link will initiate the call. If you signed up using a landline, you will receive the phone call at the time you scheduled the call, in your local time zone. In both scenarios, you'll have 10 seconds after answering the phone to put your child on the phone before the call starts.

Who can I contact for customer service?

Please email us at birthdayclub@nick.com to be put in contact with a customer service representative. Please note that we cannot acknowledge any customer service requests via SMS text message or voicemail.

What happens if I reply to the number that sent us the original text message?

If you reply STOP, you will be opted-out of receiving any birthday phone calls. Please note that you can reply back to the text message, but please note that we cannot reply to customer service inquires via text. Please email us instead at birthdayclub@nick.com.

What happens if we call back the phone number that called us?

You will be able to leave a voicemail for the character that called you! Please note that these voicemails are for the characters, and are not used for customer service. If you have a question or comment, please email us at birthdayclub@nick.com.

How can I find out what time I scheduled my child's phone call for?

You can view your settings by visiting your preference center, located at the bottom of your birthday club emails.

How do I change the time of my child's birthday phone call?

Please email us at birthdayclub@nick.com to change the time of your phone call. If you signed up for the SMS reminder, you will receive a reminder text with at 8am local time with the option to initiate the call when you are ready. You can receive your call any time that day.

How does the SMS reminder text work?

You will receive a text message letting you know that your birthday phone call is ready on the morning of your scheduled call. When you are ready to receive the call, just hit the link in the message. You will then receive your birthday phone call within 60 seconds. You will have 10 seconds to put your child on the phone before their personalized phone call starts.

How do I change the character of my child's birthday phone call?

Please email us at birthdayclub@nick.com to change the character of your child's personalized birthday phone call.

How can I opt-out of receiving Nick Jr. Birthday Club emails?

We're sad to see you go! Please note that when you opt-out of receiving emails, you will also opt-out of receiving your child's personalized birthday phone call. If you'd still like to opt-out, please click here.

How many phone calls can I sign up for?

You may sign up for up to 5 phone calls a year, per telephone number.

Why haven't I received any emails?

Please check your spam folder. Be sure to add nickjr@email.nick.com to guarantee you will receive your personalized birthday emails.

My child's name is not available for phone call personalization. What can I do?

While we try our best to include everyone's name, there are always some that we've missed! However, it is still possible to schedule your call! Feel free to email us your missing name at BirthdayClub@nick.com and we'll try to have it added at a later date.

I missed my child's birthday call, and now that message has expired!

Email us at BirthdayClub@nick.com and we can help you out! But in the meantime, you call the number back to leave your chosen character a voicemail!

How old does my child need to be to participate in Birthday Club?

Kids of all ages are welcome, but personalized phone calls are only available for kids ages 1-13.
