What am I signing up for?

You are signing up for the Nick Jr. Birthday Club! As a member, you are able to schedule up to 5 personalized birthday phone calls a year. In addition to your personalized birthday phone calls, you will receive party planning tips & ideas, free birthday printables, and more, all delivered straight to your inbox.

Is it free?

Absolutely! The Nick Jr. Birthday Club is a free program.

When can I schedule my child’s birthday phone call?

You can schedule your child’s personalized birthday phone call at any time. While we ask that you use accurate birthday information, you’ll be given an option to schedule your call on any day you choose in step 4.

How and when will I receive my child's birthday phone call?

If you signed up using a mobile phone number, you will receive a text message on the morning of your scheduled call. When your child is ready to receive the phone call, just hit the link that you'll receive in the text message. Your call will then come 60 seconds later. The text message will also contain a phone number that you can call to retrieve your message. If you signed up using a landline, you will receive the phone call at the time you scheduled the call, in your local time zone. In both scenarios, you'll have 10 seconds after answering the phone to put your child on the phone before the call starts.

Who can I contact for customer service?

Please email us at birthdayclub@nick.com to be put in contact with a customer service representative. We cannot acknowledge any customer service requests via SMS text message or voicemail. If you are emailing to make changes to your current phone call settings, please include the original phone number you used to sign up with in your email, along with any other changes you would like made. We need the original phone number to locate your settings.

What happens if we call back the phone number that called us?

You will be able to leave a voicemail for the character that called you! These voicemails are for the characters, and are not used for customer service. If you have a question or comment, please email us at birthdayclub@nick.com.

What happens if I reply to the number that sent us the original text message?

If you reply STOP, you will be opted-out of receiving any birthday phone calls. If you have a question or comment, please email us at birthdayclub@nick.com.

How do I change the time of my child’s birthday phone call?

If you’re call is scheduled within the next two business days, please schedule a new call at www.nickjrbirthdayclub.com to ensure you receive a call with the new settings. Otherwise, please email us at birthdayclub@nick.com with the phone number you used to sign up with and the new time you would like to receive the call at. If you signed up for the SMS reminder, you will receive a reminder text with at 8am local time with the option to initiate the call when you are ready. You can receive your call any time within a 72 hour period after receiving the text message.

How does the SMS reminder text work?

You will receive a text message letting you know that your birthday phone call is ready on the morning of your scheduled call. When you are ready to receive the call, just hit the link in the message. You will then receive your birthday phone call within 60 seconds. You will have 10 seconds to put your child on the phone before their personalized phone call starts.

How can I opt-out of receiving Nick Jr. Birthday Club emails?

We're sad to see you go! Please note that when you opt-out of receiving emails, you will also opt-out of receiving your child's personalized birthday phone call. If you'd still like to opt-out, please visit your preference center, located at the bottom of your birthday club emails.

How can I cancel my child’s birthday phone call?

To cancel your child's birthday phone call, please email us at birthdayclub@nick.com. You can also press 9 at any time during your call to cancel the phone call or reply STOP to the text message.

How many phone calls can I sign up for?

You may sign up for up to 5 phone calls a year, per phone number.

Why can't I sign up?

Please email us at BirthdayClub@nick.com and let us know what trouble you are having. Please note that due to the holiday, you will be experiencing a delay in responses when contacting the Birthday Club.

Why haven't I received any emails?

Please check your spam folder. Be sure to add nickjr@email.nick.com to guarantee you will receive your personalized birthday emails.

My child’s name is not available for phone call personalization. What can I do?

While we try our best to include everyone’s name, there are always some that we’ve missed! However, it is still possible to schedule your call! Feel free to request that your child’s name be added into the club by submitting your name here: http://at.nick.com/NameRequest

I missed my child’s birthday call, and now that message has expired!

We are unable to reactivate expired messages. Please schedule a new call at www.nickjrbirthdayclub.com.

How old does my child need to be to participate in Birthday Club?

Personalized phone calls are only available for kids ages 1-13.
