Diego comes to the rescue with magnetic bookmarks! Get started by printing the templates onto magnetic paper.

Materials

Ink jet magnetic paper
Diego Bookmark Shapes
Wide grosgrain ribbon
Fabric glue or tacky glue

Tip: Let the printed magnet sheets dry thoroughly before you cut them out.

Directions

Step 1: Print and cut out the shapes
Following the directions that came with the magnetic paper, print out the Diego Bookmark Shapes. Then, help kids cut out the shapes.
Step 2: Cut the ribbon
Show your child how to measure out the ribbon to about 4 inches in length, then snip.
Step 3: Glue and let dry
Glue the ends of the ribbon to the "wrong" side of each magnetic design. Let the glue dry completely. Fold the bookmark in half and crease the ribbon at the center.
