Materials

Dino Dan Binocular Templates
Paper towel tube
Toilet paper roll
Craft knife (parents only)
Scissors
Glue stick or tape
Stapler

Directions

Step 1
Cut the paper towel tube and the toilet paper roll in half with a craft knife. (Parents should do this part.)
Step 2
Help kids cover the two paper-towel halves with the Dino Dan printable template and craft glue.
Step 3
Staple together the paper-towel tube halves, side by side at one end. At the other end, staple about 1-inch deep inside the paper towel rolls. (The paper towel rolls will slip inside the toilet paper rolls, and the staple will help prevent the paper towel rolls from sliding in too far.)
Step 4
Insert the paper towel rolls into the toilet roll halves. Tape or glue the printable template that has the Dino Dan logo around the toilet paper rolls. You're done! Now, help your kids spot dinos everywhere you go!

Tip: You can also have your child add paint, glitter, and other stylish adornments to truly make the binoculars his own.
