That up-to-no-good wizard Malabruno hates books, and he's even gone so far as to lock up and hide the famous storyteller Don Quixote deep inside Story Castle. Dora, magically transforming herself into a brave night, starts on a royal rescue mission to free him from the clutches of the evil wizard. Join the adventure with Dora and friends. Print and assemble the games pieces so you all can give Don Quixote a royal reception home. Along the way you'll have to make it past the cave, windmills, and the locked gate. Collecting all six books will gain you entrance into Story Castle. Let's start on the knightly quest.
Explore with Dora every day on Nick & Nick Jr.

Print out the game Board and game pieces on card stock or heavy weight paper.
Follow the instructions on the game board to assemble it. Fold the cave, windmills, gate, and castle pieces in half and then fold up along the solid base line. Apply glue in between the printable and at the base and affix where noted on the game board.<br><br> Fold the storybook cards in half and apply glue to create double-sided cards. Place each set on the game board where indicated.
To create the spinner, simply punch holes where indicated, line the holes up and connect the two pieces with a brad fastner.
Cut the pieces along the dotted lines. Fold up along the solid line at the base of each character. Fold the character in half to create a double-sided game piece, apply glue, and firmly press both sides together. Be careful not to apply glue to the base.
Have each player select a game piece and place on or around the start mark. Determine who will go first starting from youngest to oldest. Each player will then spin the spinner and move their piece by matching colors. Players will move their piece to the color on the board that is nearest to their game piece. When they pass a book, they can collect the book card. The first to collect all six books and land on the last game board square (by spinning on the color pink), will win the game! Watch out for Malambruno, who will try to stop players along the way!
