Materials

• Blue, yellow, and pink large-size beads
• Medium-thick elastic cord

Directions

1. Step 1

   String six blue beads together on a piece of elastic/cotton cord and tie the ends tightly together. Cut away the additional length and you'll have a tiny loop formed by six blue beads. Tip: Hide the knot by squeezing it into the hole of one bead.

2. Step 2

   Cut a long piece of elastic cord, out twice the length needed to go around your child's wrist. Thread the cord through one of the looped blue beads, making sure there's equal length on both ends. Add a pink bead to the string, then continue threading the same cord through the blue bead that sits opposite, on the loop, to the first blue bead. Straighten up the cord. Now you have a "flower" with six blue bead petals and a pink bead center with a piece of cord sticking out from both sides.

3. Step 3

   Start adding yellow beads to both ends of the cord until it's just long enough for your child's wrist.

4. Step 4

   Tie a knot in the two ends and cut away the additional length of cord. Fantástico!
