Catch their fresh beats every day on Nick Jr.

Place the iron-on transfer paper into your ink-jet color printer as indicated on the package. Print either reversed or non-reversed image from Fresh Beat Decal Printable depending on the type of your iron-on transfer paper.

We recommend printing on regular paper first to make sure you've chosen the right design for the type of iron-on paper you have.

Set the printable aside for a few minutes to dry, and then cut out the image--cutting close to the colored edge of the image.
Preheat the iron and fold the towel into thirds on a countertop or other hard surface. To further protect your countertop, you may want to place a magazine or a large book under the towel. For best results don't use your ironing board.
Begin by ironing all of the wrinkles out of the T-shirt. If you printed the reversed image, place the cut-out facedown on the T-shirt.

If you printed the non-reversed image, peel off its backing and place the image faceup on the T-shirt. Cover the image with the protective sheet that comes with your transfer paper before ironing.

Iron the image with firm and steady pressure in a circular motion. Start at one corner and work your way slowly to the opposite corner, and then do the same for the other two corners. Finish by moving the iron in a circular motion around the entire area for 10-15 seconds, using steady pressure. Be sure to iron all of the edges.

Allow the T-shirt to cool before proceeding to the next step.
In case of the image ironed on facedown, starting at one corner, slowly peel the backing away from the garment.

In case of the image ironed on faceup, simply remove the protective sheet. If the decal is not secured on the T-shirt, cover it with the protective sheet and begin ironing it again.

The tee is ready to wear! Fresh Beat fans will be happy with their new gear.
