Geo's Christmas Stocking

Shape up your holiday décor by making a felt stocking that looks just like Geo's skate.

You'll need to allow extra time for glue or paint to dry.

This craft is best suited for parents to make on their own or with minimal help from kids.

Materials

Geo's stocking templates
Blue, light blue, green, yellow, gold felt sheets
Fine tip marker
Scissors
Fabric glue
Hole punch
Ribbon or yarn

Directions

Step 1
Print Geo's stocking templates--but be sure to increase the print scale size by 20 percent. Cut the templates out and trace them onto the felt.
Step 2
Glue the toe piece and then the sole piece to one of the stocking pieces. Then glue the wheel centers to the wheels and glue these wheels on the sole.
Step 3
Glue the triangle, circle, and square to one cuff piece (see template for instructions and photo for further reference).
Step 4
Glue the two stocking pieces together, leaving an opening at the top.<br><br> Glue one cuff piece to the front and one to the back, leaving an opening at the top.
Step 5
Punch a hole at the top corner of the stocking and thread ribbon or yarn through the hole, making a loop. This will be used to hang the stocking.<br><br> Now the stocking is made but wont be complete until you stuff it with goodies and treats!
