Mike the Knight Dress-Up Pack

Materials

• Dress-Up Templates
• Scissors
• Blue baseball cap
• Glue

Directions

1. Step 1

   Print the Dress-Up Templates on card stock paper and cut out the pieces.

2. Step 2

   To create the helmet, affix the two tabs together, flip over and glue the feather to the back in the center (see photo for reference).

3. Step 3

   Attach the template to the back of a baseball cap, and the helmet is all done!<br><br>

4. Step 4

   Print and cut out the four-page shield printable and glue or tape it together following the instructions on the printable.<br><br> Glue the paper shield to the cardboard backing.<br><br> Cut a piece of cardboard about 8 1/2" by 11" to make a sturdy backing for the shield. Cut an additional 8-inch strip of cardboard to make a handle on the back of the shield. Staple the ends of the strip to the cardboard backing.<br><br> Tip: attach the handle vertically on the shield.

5. Step 5

   Attach the badge printable to a button, then affix to your child's shirt. Now your little knight is ready to perform some knightly duties and earn reward badges!
