Miss Spider's in the house! Paint an egg yellow, glue or draw on facial details as instructed, add black pipe cleaners as legs.
Watch all your favorite shows every day on Nick Jr

Cut an individual cell from a cardboard egg carton, turn the cell upside down, and cut an opening in the top just big enough to secure the small end of the egg. While kids paint the stand yellow and dye (or paint) the egg, prepare the nose, eyelashes and legs.
Cut the tip off the yellow crayon with a serrated knife and set it aside. Cut out the black-felt eyelashes (freehand about half-inch long) and show kids how to glue a wiggle eye to each. Snip the pipe cleaners into four 2 1/2-inch lengths.
When the egg is dry, glue the tuft of red fun fur or feather to the top of the egg's wide end. Or, if you are using a feather, parents can bore a small hole into the top of the egg with a sewing needle, then insert the feather and trim it with scissors.
Glue the crayon tip "nose" to the center of the egg. Glue the eyes to the egg above the nose. (They should be quite far apart, almost to the sides of the egg.)
With the green marker, make "freckles" over Miss Spider's nose. With red marker, make a smile.
Parents can poke two holes on either side of the painted egg stand through which the pipe cleaner legs can be inserted. Kids can put the pipe cleaners in. Bend each one slightly. Place Miss Spider's head on top of the stand.
