Olivia's Musical Stars Printable
Scissors
Tape
CD Player (or other music player)
Your child's favorite music

Tip: Let your child help pick the music. It's best to steer them toward upbeat music that will make it easy for kids to dance.

Directions

Print and cut out the stars
The Olivia Stars Game Pack includes four printable stars. Print as many copies as you need to have enough stars for one less than the total number of participants. Cut out the stars. Your child can help with a pair of safety scissors.
Prepare the dance floor
Secure the stars to the floor using tape. Be sure that stars are securely affixed to avoid accidental slips.
Play the game
Start the music and get all of the kids dancing. When the music stops, they each need to step onto one of Olivia's stars. The player left without a star is out. <br /><br /> Remove one of the stars and then repeat. The last player remaining is the winner.

Tip: You can avoid hurt feelings by letting the child that is out be the next to control the music.
