This craft has plenty of steps kids can do, like tracing, coloring, decorating, and cutting with safety scissors.

You'll need to allow extra time for glue or paint to dry.

Materials

Tasha Valentine Magnet Template
Red and green foamie sheets
Pen or marker
Scissors
Glue stick
Craft magnet

Directions

Step 1
Print the Tasha Valentine Magnet Template and cut out all the pieces. Trace the heart and leaf shapes onto the foamie sheets. Cut out the foam shapes. Cut a narrow strip for the stem.
Step 2
Glue the heart to the top of the stem. Glue the Tasha decal to the center of the heart. Glue the leaves to the stem. Let dry.
Step 3
On the back of the design, glue the magnet. (You may need stronger glue for this.)

Tip: In the center of the foam heart, glue on your child's photo head cutout instead of Tasha decal.
