Team Umizoomi Shark Car Craft

Milli, Geo, and Bot switch gears in the newest episode of Team Umizoomi as they race to reunite Shark Car with its owner. Watch the mini superheros in action then activate your mighty craft powers to help your kids make a shark car of their own. Gather a few recyclables and our printables to get started!

Materials

• Shark Car Templates
• Glue
• Cereal box or cardboard
• Scissors
• Paper tissue roll
• Brass fasteners
• Tape
• Backgrounds

Directions

1. Step 1

   Print the Shark Car Templates and glue on to a cereal box. Once dry, cut where indicated.

2. Step 2

   Cut a square into the paper tissue roll about 3 inches wide and 4 inches long. Kids can insert the Team Umizoomi printable action figures into this opening.

3. Step 3

   Secure the Shark Car body onto the paper tissue roll by taping the base of both printables together, affixing the labeled tab underneath the front of the printable, and taping the back fins together.

4. Step 4

   Poke holes into the center of the wheels and insert brass fasteners. Punch holes in the paper tissue roll and insert the wheels (see photo for reference).

5. Step 5

   To create the Team Umizoomi printable action figures, cut Milli, Geo, and Bot out, fold each along the colored lines, and then glue both images back to back.<br><br> Print the backgrounds, cut where indicated and assemble by matching the images and attaching together with glue or tape.<br><br> Once complete, kids can ride off with a cool new craft and their mini superhero friends!
