Twist DJ Turntables

Kids who enjoy pretend play, will love becoming a DJ! Turn a cereal box into a fun craft for your Fresh Beat fanatic.

Catch their fresh beats every day on Nick Jr.

Materials

• DJ Turntable Templates
• Scissors
• Glue
• Cereal box
• Contruction paper or colored duct tape
• Brass fasteners

Directions

1. Step 1

   Print the DJ Turntable template and cut out all of the pieces. Glue the printable records onto a thin cardboard or another cereal box, then cut out.

2. Step 2

   Cover the cereal box with construction paper or colored duct tape (we used duct tape). Do not cover or close the flap of the cereal box.

3. Step 3

   Secure the printable records onto the cereal box with brass fasteners. You will need to reach inside the box to secure the fasteners to the box. Attach the turntables' needles with brass fasteners as well (see photo for reference).

4. Step 4

   Once the records and needles are secured, you can cover the flap with construction paper or duct tape.

5. Step 5

   Kids can help decorate the turntables with the Fresh Beats logo and buttons.<br><br> Once complete, kids can twist and turn while catching their favorite episode of the Fresh Beats.
