Uniqua Valentine Flower Magnet

This craft has plenty of steps kids can do, like tracing, coloring, decorating, and cutting with safety scissors.

You'll need to allow extra time for glue or paint to dry.

Materials

Uniqua Valentine Magnet Template
Red, pink and yellow foamie sheets
Pen or marker
Scissors
Glue stick
Craft magnet

Directions

Step 1
Print the Uniqua Valentine Magnet Template and cut out all the pieces. Trace the heart shape three times onto pink foamie and three onto red foamies. Then trace and cut out the circle from the yellow foamie. Cut out another circle, just a little bit smaller than the Uniqua decal.
Step 2
Glue the heart-shaped petals to the large circle, spacing them evenly and allowing about one-third of each heart extending beyond the circle. (See photo.)
Step 3
Glue the Uniqua decal onto the small circle. Then glue the small circle to the center of the bloom. Let dry.
Step 4
On the back of the design, glue the magnet. (You may need stronger glue for this.)

Tip: On top of the small yellow circle, glue on your child's photo head cutout instead of Uniqua decal.
