French Toast

Ingredients
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
Pinch of cinnamon
3 to 4 bread slices (preferably stale challah or sourdough)
1 tbsp. butter
Maple syrup, powdered sugar, or orange/raspberry juice concentrate (optional)



Start Cooking

Step 1
Crack the eggs into a bowl.



Step 2
Add the milk.



Step 3
Let kids put in a pinch of cinnamon!



Step 4
Whisk until well blended.



Step 5
Pour the mixture into a pie pan.



Step 6
Dip both sides of each slice of bread in the mixture until well soaked.



Step 7
Put the slices on a plate.



Step 8
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.



Step 9
Put the bread in the skillet.



Step 10
Cook the bread for five minutes or until brown underneath.



Step 11
Flip each slice and cook the other side for five more minutes or until brown.



Step 12
Transfer the bread to a clean plate and add the topping of your choice. You've made French toast!
