Ingredients
3 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. melted butter (for brushing biscuits)
3 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 cups turkey or chicken stock
2 cups leftover turkey chunks
2 cups cooked, cut-up vegetables (use any combination, such as peas, boiled potatoes, diced carrots, diced celery, or other family favorites)
2 packages (10.2 ounces each) Pillsbury Grands biscuit dough
2-qt. casserole or deep baking dish

Start Cooking

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Melt 3 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Whisk in the flour; cook for 1 minute. Add the turkey or chicken stock, boil, then simmer for 3 minutes, whisking until the mixture is thick.

Step 2
Tear the turkey chunks into bite-size pieces and place them in a greased 2-quart casserole or deep baking dish.

Step 3
Sprinkle the vegetable mixture over the turkey.

Step 4
Pour the sauce over the turkey-veggie mixture.

Step 5
Cover the entire top with 10 biscuit rounds. Brush with the melted butter. Bake for 20 minutes, until biscuits are golden.
