SpongeBob SquarePants
To make SpongeBob, start with Sugar & Spice Gingerbread Men cookies or use store-bought gingerbread men (such as Pepperidge Farms).

Attach the graham cracker over the top half of the gingerbread man with some All-Purpose Icing. Cover his head and face with the All-Purpose Icing tinted yellow and fill in with the yellow sprinkles. Add the white frosting and mini blue M&M's for SpongeBob's eyes. To make his sleeves and arms, pipe a bit of yellow frosting onto the arms and attach a mini marshmallow.

Use the All-Purpose Icing tinted blue to make SpongeBob's pants and attach three pieces of the blueberry AirHeads horizontally. Pipe a thin strip of yellow frosting down SpongeBob's legs and attach a Milk Dud to each for shoes.

Use the chocolate frosting tube to make SpongeBob's mouth.

Blue
Start with Sugar & Spice Gingerbread Men cookies or use store-bought gingerbread men (such as Pepperidge Farms).

Make two shades of blue frosting (light and dark) by combining the All-Purpose Icing with the blue paste food coloring. Add just a tiny dab of paste for light blue, more for the darker shade. Cover Blue's body with the light-blue frosting. Add splotches of dark frosting to make Blue's spots. (Use a pastry bag or a resealable bag with one corner snipped off.)

Attach Milano cookies with a little frosting to make Blue's ears.

For Blue's eyes, make small circles with the white frosting tube and attach blue M&M's. Just below, add a red M&M to make Blue's tongue and a blue one for his nose. A tiny dot of frosting will hold them in place.

Add blue M&M's to each paw.

Dora the Explorer
Start with the Sugar & Spice Gingerbread Men cookies or use store-bought gingerbread men (such as Pepperidge Farms).

Attach Dora's hair and eyes by following the directions on the Dora Make-a-Cookie-Face Kit package.

Add red, yellow, and orange food coloring to separate bowls of All-Purpose Icing to make pink, orange, and yellow for Dora's clothes.

Use a spatula to slather a layer of pink frosting on to her torso and arms and shake on pink sprinkles. Add four or five dots of yellow frosting to Dora's right hand to make her bracelet. (Use a pastry bag or a resealable bag with one corner snipped off.) Attach the blueberry AirHeads to make the straps of her backpack.

Fill in Dora's shorts with the orange frosting and orange sprinkles.

Add a dab of white frosting and top with white sprinkles to make her shoes.

Steve
Start with the Sugar & Spice Gingerbread Men cookies or use store-bought gingerbread men (such as Pepperidge Farms).

Unwrap Tootsie rolls and place on a microwave-safe dish. Microwave for 10 seconds to soften. Knead for a few seconds until smooth, and then roll out between two sheets of waxed paper and cut and shape. Shape and style Steve's hair and pants.

Attach Steve's eyes using a tiny dot of frosting and two green Tic Tacs. Do the same to attach a raisin for his mouth. A thin vertical strip of chocolate frosting creates Steve's nose.

For Steve's shirt, soften the Starbursts and Sour Belts in the same way as the Tootsie Rolls. Alternate dark green (Sour Belts) and light green (Starbursts) stripes for his shirt.

Soften the White AirHeads to create Steve's collar.
