Step 1
Put all ingredients in a half-gallon-size resealable bag. Kids will enjoy kneading the mixture until it's thoroughly blended. Place the bag in the refrigerator for two hours.
Step 2
Preheat the over to 350°F. Roll the dough out on a floured surface until the dough is 1/8 inch to 1/4 inch thick. {Kids can help with the roling.) Show kids how to cut out the cookies with a ginergerbread man cookie cutter. Reroll any scraps of dough. Place the cookies on greased cookie sheets.
Step 3
Bake for 15-20 minutes, until cookies are lightly browned. Make sure cookies are completely cooled before decorating.
