Rule of Life #472: Every day is a good day to play dress up. Choose locations, clothes, and "super fun stuff" and get Olivia all dressed up!

Pretend play allows children to creatively express ideas and feelings, as well as think and solve problems through imagination and make-believe.

Creativity enhances self-expression and problem-solving. Art and dress-up computer games allow preschoolers to create through imagination and experimentation.

Preschoolers work on visual-spatial skills by playing memory games, completing jigsaw puzzles, creating original artwork, and navigating mazes.

Kids of all kinds will find Olivia's dress-up game irresistible. Use your mouse to click and pick a setting for Olivia's imaginary adventure, like the Egyptian desert, the opera, or the Moon! Next, click on Olivia's clothes--perhaps a pirate outfit and a tiara--and click on Olivia to see how the clothes look on her. Change her outfits again and again. Click on "super fun stuff" to add items like a fairy wand, and click again to place them in the picture. You can even add her dog Perry and her cat Edwin! This game has one level. Parent Tip: When your future designer is done creating an Olivia masterpiece, click on the printer so you have a keepsake dress-up doll of your child's creation!
