If I reformat my hard drive, will I be able to reinstall the software? How many times will I be able to do this?
As long as you reinstall the software on the same computer for which it was originally purchased, you will be able to reinstall it as many times as you need.
To reinstall the software, simply follow these steps:
1. Go to "C:Program filesTrymediaActiveMARKlicenses." This folder is created on your hard drive when you buy the software.
2. Save the file(s) in this folder to a disk. These are the license files.
3. Download the software from the Nick Jr. Arcade.
4. Copy the license file(s) you saved on the disk back to the folder "C:Program filesTrymediaActiveMARKlicenses"
You will have full access to the software again. If you lost your license without backing it up on a disk, you will have to renew your license.
A license is a file that allows you to access the parts of the software that you have purchased. A license is only valid for the computer for which you bought the software. Licenses are stored in "C:Program filesTrymediaActiveMARKlicenses." If, for whatever reason, your license no longer works, you may renew it free of charge. However, each software download has a limited number of free license renewals.
Start the game and click on the "Renew License" option. Follow the on-screen instructions. Each time you complete this process, you will be using up one of your free license renewals. If you have reinstalled the software, make sure that you downloaded it from the same website that you downloaded it from the first time, or the license renewal process will fail.
I've already purchased the game. Can I install it on a different computer?
For each license renewal you have, you can install the software on a different computer. The computer must be your own and your licenses should not be used concurrently. Install and start the software and follow the renew license instructions.
I'm having problems renewing my license. It says, "We could not find any record of your purchase." What should I do?
Make sure that you enter the "Proof of Purchase" code exactly as it was received in the invoice e-mail. It's best to cut and paste it from the invoice e-mail directly into the "Proof of Purchase" field in the "Renew License" web page included in your software.
You can request to be resent your "Proof of Purchase" by starting your software, going to the "Renew License" page, and clicking on the "Get Proof of Purchase" link. Here you will be asked to enter in the e-mail address you used when you bought the software. If you still use this e-mail address this is all you need, and the "Proof of Purchase" will be e-mailed to you. If you have changed your e-mail address, then you need to enter the credit card number that you used when you bought the software. This is to confirm your purchase and the card will NOT be charged.
I purchased the software, and it worked perfectly. Then I upgraded my computer, and suddenly the software went back to trial mode. What happened?
Serious hardware changes (upgrading processor, motherboard, etc.) can disable the full version of the software. Start the software and click on "Renew License." Then follow the on-screen instructions.
When I try to buy the software or renew my license, I get a message saying "The page cannot be displayed." What should I do?
Sometimes Internet Explorer doesn't correctly detect existing Internet connections and tries to start a new one. To solve this, go to Internet Explorer's configuration window (IE > Tools > Internet Options > Connections). If you're using a dial-up connection, select "Dial whenever a network connection is not present"; if not, select "Never dial a connection."
I filled out and submitted all of my purchase and license-renewal information, but after clicking the "Purchase/Renew License" button, I received a warning. What should I do?
Please start the purchase or license-renewal process again: Press the back arrow or the back button (backspace) until you get to the license agreement. Click on "Yes, I agree" and fill in your purchase or renewal information.
I have a question about how to play one of the games. What should I do?
Instructions for each game are included within the game itself. If you don't see them right away upon starting the game, try clicking on "Help" within the game. At this time, we're unable to assist with additional game-play questions.
When I try to purchase the game or renew my license, an "access denied" message appears. What should I do?
This problem usually occurs as a result of firewall, proxy, or anti-virus programs. If you have one of these programs, try to disable it and try to purchase again.
