If you are having technical problems with the site, please read the following:
Browser Requirements
A browser is a software program that lets you surf the Web. You're using a browser right now to visit us at Nickjr.com! However, you may still need to upgrade to a newer browser if you want to experience all that NickJr.com has to offer. For PC users, we officially support Internet Explorer version 5.5 or higher, Netscape Navigator 7.2 or higher, and AOL 9 and above. For Macintosh users, we support Internet Explorer version 5.2, Netscape Navigator 7.2, or higher and AOL 9 and above.
If you are using Safari 1.0 or higher (Mac Only) or Firefox 1.0 or higher, NickJr.com should work just fine, but some features may not work perfectly. (Because these browsers are so new, we offer only limited support of them.)

Monitor Requirements
This site is designed to be viewed on at least an 800 x 600 pixel display. (The preferred resolution is 1024 x 768 or higher.) If you have to scroll left and right in order to see the entire page, check your monitor's settings to adjust your resolution. Please set your monitor colors to "millions" for the best results.
Internet Connections
High-speed connections such as DSL, cable modems, and other broadband services allow you to load games, video clips, and other content on our site at much faster speeds than a dial-up modem. Please contact your local Internet-service provider for information about high-speed access in your area.
Downloads
Many of our downloadable files--such as Arcade games, members' exclusives, screensavers, and wallpaper--are compressed to reduce download times. To open these files, you will need a decompression program. PC users can download WINZIP here. MAC users can download STUFFIT EXPANDER here.
A security dialog box may open up when you try to download an EXE file from NickJr.com. Please note that it is perfectly safe to open the file or save it to your computer.
