Protect Your Privacy
Please do not include personal information, such as your name, address, e-mail address, instant messaging name, phone number, or personal website address. Do not include personal information about or request personal information from other members. For example, it is acceptable to say, "Here in Tulsa" but it is unacceptable to say, "We're at 2020 Heather Cove in Tulsa." Take Time to Reflect
NickJr.com will not post messages that contain personal attacks or hurtful and derogatory comments directed at individuals or groups of people. If you feel strongly about a topic, take some time to consider your words carefully, and then respond respectfully and seriously. Be constructive and offer others your well-thought-out advice and your best ideas, not sarcasm or belittling words.
Keep It Clean
NickJr.com moderators will not post messages that contain profanity or obscenities. We do not accept messages that contain words that are obscene when taken in context. We will not post messages that contain profane or obscene words in which an asterisk or other symbol has been substituted for some of the letters.
Keep It Legal
U.S. laws offer protection from threatening and harassing language and slanderous statements. NickJr.com will not post such statements and will assist authorities if necessary.
Message board moderators will not post messages condoning or encouraging illegal activity.
Impersonating another member or a message board moderator is grounds for expulsion from the NickJr.com Parents' Community. Legal action will be taken when appropriate.
Nick Jr.com will not post messages that violate other laws not mentioned above.
Hold the Spam
NickJr.com will not post duplicate messages made by the same member or messages containing information on products, goods, or services being offered for sale by members or advertising of any kind--including personal and commercial website addresses.
Respect Differences
Among the very best aspects of NickJr.com's message boards are the opportunities they provide to interact with people from different backgrounds and to exchange ideas with people who have different opinions. Please keep in mind that we are all different and that being different or thinking in a different way does not make a person wrong.
No Yelling
Using capital letters is considered "yelling." Please do not yell.
Exchange Words Only
Message board moderators will not post messages containing HTML tags (such as "Marquee Tags") or other programming language. Please do not include JPEGs, GIFs, or other graphic files in messages.
