What You Need
Printable Tickety Tock clock face, hands (and feet!)
Tissue box
Scissors
Glue stick or tape
Brad fastener
Hole punch
Utility knife
Optional: Non-toxic paint

What You Do

Step 1
Recycle or use a new square size tissue box. (Tissues are optional!) Kids can paint and decorate the box first or leave it plain. If painting, be sure to let dry completely before Step 3.

Step 2
Cut out the clock face, hands, and legs. OPTIONAL: Laminate cut-out pieces at your local copy store for longer play life.

Step 3
Attach legs to the bottom of the box as shown, so they jut out from the bottom.

Step 4
Use a hole punch or utility knife (parents only) to make holes at the rounded bottoms of the hour and minute hands, in the center of Tickety Tock's nose, and in the front of the tissue box where the face will be attached.

Step 5
With the unopened brad fastener, connect the hour and minute hands to the clock face, and then poke through the front of the tissue box. Reach into the box and open the brad fastener to secure it inside. Use a couple of tape loops on the back of the clock face to keep it in place.
