Noise piece from a party noise blower
Craft glue or glue gun
Assorted colorful foam shapes--the self-adhesive kind is great
Step 1
Using scissors, cut the noise-making device from the party blower. Apply glue to the noise maker, towards the tip and place inside the funnel. Push it into the funnel as far as it goes, and hold in place for a minute or two. A glue gun makes this process faster.
Step 2
Allow glue to dry.
Step 3
Decorate the outside of the funnel with foam shapes and stickers.
