Super Hero Face Painting

Use these step-by-step video instructions to turn your kid into a superhero.



What You Need
Water-based face paints
Brushes or cotton swabs
Water for mixing the paints (and for the cleanup)
Washcloths, wipes, or paper towels (just in case)
Sparkle powder makeup



What You Do

Step 1
Start with the forehead. Draw the outline of a star in black near the center of the brows.



Step 2
On each side of the outline, make smaller stars, each higher on the forehead than the previous one.



Step 3
You can also use a stencil for the stars and place on the forehead to brush the color in.



Step 4
Next, paint the inside of the stars in silver, gold, or any metallic color. Sparkles look great too!



Step 5
Brush the face with sparkle powder at the end for added super powers. You can find sparkle powder makeup in your local drug or cosmetics store.
