What You Need
Pull-down-style window shade
Blue Window-Shade printable
Scissors
Ballpoint pen
Light-blue felt
Dark-blue felt
White felt
Pink (or red) felt
Craft glue
Blue rickrack (optional)

What You Do

Step 1
Remove the shade from the window and unroll it onto the floor or a table.

Step 2
Print the Blue Window-Shade printable and enlarge it on a copy machine to the size you desire.

Step 3
Cut out the picture of Blue and trace around it with a pen onto the light-blue felt. Cut out the felt and glue it to the shade in the desired position, being careful to glue the edges down firmly.

Step 4
Use the Blue Window-Shade printable as a reference for cutting out the dark-blue spots, dark-blue nose, pink tongue, and white-felt eyes. Glue these to the light-blue felt. Cut small dark-blue circles for Blue's pupils and glue these onto Blue's eyes. Allow the glue to dry overnight.

Step 5
For a finishing touch, add a blue rickrack to the bottom of the shade.
