What You Need
Light-blue & dark-blue construction paper
Scissors
Stciky tape

What You Do

Step 1
Help your preschooler measure and cut strips of dark-blue and light-blue construction paper about 1 1/2" wide by 8" long. (You can get 7 strips from a standard 8 1/2" by 11" piece of paper.)

Step 2
Make a loop with one strip of paper by attaching its ends together with sticky tape.

Step 3
Thread the next strip through the loop and attach its ends together. Keep adding loops to the chain until it's long enough to adorn a window or doorway.
