What You Need
Foam strips--approximately 1 inch wide
Velcro
Glue--craft glue works best
Bells

What You Do

Step 1
Cut the foam to fit the wrist of your child with a 1-inch overlap.

Step 2
Attach stick-on Velcro to the areas that will overlap on your child's wrist. Place the Velcro so that your child will be able to wrap the foam around her wrist and fasten it into a bracelet.

Step 3
Glue the bells onto the wristband. Make sure you give the bells enough time to completely dry. Overnight is best. Another option is to use Velcro. Just cut the Velcro into small squares and attach one side to the foam and the other side to the back of the bell.

Step 4
Attach the jingle to your child's wrist and let her jingle away. You can also make some ankle jingles. Also consider adding ribbons for a more decorative jingle.
