	Mighty Knights Castle Backdrops

	Scissors

	Shoe box (grown-up size is recommended)

	Glue stick

	Tape

	Mighty Knights Printable Puppets

	Craft sticks (or popsicle sticks, pencils, chopsticks)

Step 1: Print Out the Backdrops
Print out the nine-page Mighty Knights Castle Backdrops to decorate the inside and outside of your shoe box.

Step 2: Set Design
Help your child cut out the backdrops to fit your box. There are pages for outside walls (small stones), towers, turrets, and interior walls/floor (larger stones). Use the photo as a guide or mix and match and make your own castle!

Step 3: Make the Puppets
Print the Mighty Knights Printable Puppets and help your child cut them out. Glue or tape the characters to craft sticks (or popsicle sticks, pencils, chop sticks) and you've got puppets!

Step 4: Put on a Show
Place the box on the edge of a table and add a loop of tape to the bottom to attach it firmly in place. With your child seated in front of the box, he or she can tell the tale of the mighty knights.
