What You Need
Small 2 1/2-in. square wooden treasure box (available at craft stores)
Printable Tasha images and instructions
Cardstock in metallic silver and glittery blue
Craft glue
Tempera paint in light blue
Paintbrush

What You Do

Paint the box and let dry

Paint the outside of the box and the top of the inside edges blue. Let dry completely.

Cut cardstock to size and line box

  • Trace the bottom of the box onto the glittery blue cardstock. Cut out the piece and slip it inside the box.

  • Trace the side of the box four times onto the metallic silver cardstock. Use the four pieces to line the inside edges of the box. Glue these in place.

  • Cut out the Tasha fairy images and glue to box

Cut out the Tasha fairy images. We put one on the top of our box, which has a Plexiglass window, and one on the inside, too. At night, have your child put the tooth inside the box. In the morning, he or she opens it up to see what Tasha has left behind.
