		Ten-year-old Elliott discovers a lost alien and, with the help of his brother, sister, and friends, sets out to help him return to his home in outer space. One of the most beloved family films ever, E.T. celebrates its 30th anniversary with a Blu-ray debut that makes it clear why it has become a classic. Steven Spielberg's masterpiece is filled with heart, humor, and humanity and proves that, whether you live on Earth or somewhere else, there's no place like home.

Children of all ages will fall in love with the expressive E.T. but there are many scenes that may be too scary for six-year-olds--especially when Elliott and E.T. are both on the verge of dying. Older kids will be on the edge of their seat as Elliott and the boys race to get E.T. to his spaceship before the government agents come for him. Viewers watching the movie for the first time will get to experience the same wide-eyed wonder and joy as the characters themselves.

Tweens will get a kick out of the always-hungry E.T., who is a fast learner and a bit of a rebel himself. Like the generations of viewers before them, they'll be caught up in Elliott's famous bike ride through the sky with E.T. in his basket and they'll be touched when he first proclaims, "E.T, phone home." Tweens will appreciate why Elliott starts feeling everything E.T. feels, and will understand that we are all connected and have to take care of each other, even if we belong to different species.

		The combo pack comes with Blu-ray, DVD, ultraviolet and digital versions of the movie. The DVD includes deleted scenes, and segments about "The E.T. Reunion," "A Look Back" and "Steven Spielberg and E.T." The Blu-ray adds "The E.T. Journals," "The Evolution and Creation of E.T.," "The Music of E.T.," the original theatrical trailer, the 20th Anniversary Premiere, production photographs and segments about the design and marketing of the film.
