Life Lessons | Musical
Exhausted from trying to enjoy the best of both worlds, Miley Stewart (Miley Cyrus) realizes it may be time to choose between being herself or her pop star alter ego, Hannah Montana.

Moms will appreciate this movie as much as their daughters, as Miley struggles with the challenge of women everywhere: trying to have it all! In an age of Britney Spears and Paris Hilton, Hannah is actually a pretty wholesome role model whom parents won't mind their daughters emulating. Her clothes are appropriate, she has strong family values and she's surrounded by a solid group of "real" people who love her and keep her grounded. For all of Mileys millions of fans, being able to now see her on the big screen as well as the small one really will be "the best of both worlds!"
Baby (0-2)
No This movie is intended for older children.
Preschool (3-5)
No This movie is intended for older children.
Kids (6-9)
Maybe Everything starts earlier for kids these days, so even girls who are really too young to be interested in love stories and pop stars will probably get caught up in this movie. And if they're established Hannah fans, well, they're already hooked! Children will watch, wide-eyed, as "the most popular teen in the world" tries to be in two places at once--on a date, as Miley, and at a dinner with the Mayor, as Hannah. They'll realize that, for a little girl who sees her transforming from one into the other, it may be as disillusioning as learning the truth about Santa or the Tooth Fairy.
Tweens (10-12)
Yes What makes this such a good movie for tweens is that it puts the "glamorous" world of celebrity in its place, showing that it may be fun but it's not real and it's just not as important as being with your family and friends--and putting them first. Miley is a down-to-earth girl who laughs at herself, makes mistakes, and has a solid relationship with her father. Tweens will enjoy the special appearance by Taylor Swift, as well as hearing Miley's new song, "Life's a Climb."
