Kids can help make this simple, no-bake healthy treat, perfect for a garden party or as a light dessert.

Ingredients
1 slice (1/2 in. thick) pound cake
1 celery stalk with leaves
1 slice watermelon
1 slice cantaloupe
1 slice kiwi
Raspberries

Start Cooking

Step 1 - Making the Flower Pot
To make the flower pot lip, slice 1/2 inch from one long side of pound cake and arrange on the bottom third of a plate. To make the flower-pot base, trim the short sides from the remaining slice of pound cake and place under the strip of cake on the plate.

Step 2 - Making the Flowers and Stem
Trim and arrange the celery stalk on the plate so it looks like a stem. Cut out the watermelon and cantaloupe using 1 1/2- to 3-inch flower-shape cookie cutters, then arrange the fruit flowers near the stem and on top of the stem. Add the kiwi slice and raspberries as shown.
