Kids Party Games | Scavenger Hunt | Dora Three Kings Day Party

This is a great play date or party activity. Find everything you need for a fun scavenger featuring everyone's favorite explorer!

Follow these simple instructions to send your kids on wild animal scavenger hunt!

What You Need

Dora's Animal Scavenger Hunt Animal Tokens

8.5" x 11" heavy-weight ink jet paper

Scissors

Cold lamination sheets (Optional)

Preparing to Play

Print Out the Animal Tokens
Print both pages of Animal Tokens onto heavy-weight paper. Use your own color printer or e-mail this page to your local copy store and have them make color copies. You can play with one set of tokens or more depending on the number of players.

Laminate and Cut Out the Animal Tokens
Laminate each page of tokens before cutting them out to give them a longer play life. You can laminate the page yourself, or you can take the page to your local copy store and have them do it. Finally, cut out the animal tokens.

Playing the Game

Hide the Tokens
Before the party starts, hide the Animal Tokens throughout the house or yard, depending on where you will play the game.

Pick the Teams
Depending on how many kids and grownups are at the party, divide the group into teams of two to four children. Each team will work together to find as many tokens as they can and hopefully discover Dora, Diego, and Boots as the Three Kings. Pair a grownup with each team, if possible, or, just have grownups ready to help as kids search.

Review the Goal and Begin the Search

The goal is for each team to find as many animal tokens as possible. Extra points will be awarded for finding a token with Dora, Diego, or Boots as one of the Three Kings. Encourage each team to go in a different direction to start.

At the End of the Game

Count up each teams tokens awarding one point for each regular animal token and two points for each token picturing Dora, Diego, or Boots as one of the Three Kings.

The winning team can get their cake first, and everyone receives a special Dora Three Kings Day Party Goody Bag!
