To make these decorations for a Diego Rain Forest Cake, you'll need chocolate melting wafers, which are available at baking-supply stores.

Ingredients
1/4 cup butterscotch chips
6 chocolate-covered marshmallow cookies (such as Mallowmars)
18 red mini candy-coated chocolates (such as mini M&M's)
1 tube (4.25 oz.) white decorating frosting
12 brown candy-coated chocolates (such as M&M's)
1/4 cup chocolate melting wafers
1 tube (4.25 oz.) red decorating frosting

Start Cooking

Step 1
Melt the butterscotch chips in a bowl in the microwave until smooth, about 30 seconds. Pour into a resealable bag and snip a very small corner from the bag.

Step 2
Pipe the tan part of the bears' faces freehand on top of the cookies with butterscotch. Add a red candy for the noses before the butterscotch sets. (You can also use a brown candy, as in the photo above.) Refrigerate the cookies about five minutes.

Step 3
Pipe white frosting for the eyes and add the brown candies.

Step 4
Melt the chocolate wafers in a bowl in the microwave until smooth, about 30 seconds. Line a cookie sheet with wax paper and use a pencil to trace a cookie in six places on the wax paper. Pour the melted chocolate into a resealable bag and snip a very small corner from the bag. Using the tracings for guidance, pipe the shape of two ears and a tuft of hair freehand onto the prepared pans. Set the cookies onto the chocolate ears and hair. Add the red candies to the ears. Refrigerate the cookies about five minutes. Peel the cookies from the wax paper (being careful of the ears) and pipe on the mouths with the red frosting.
