The Rugrats cookies that decorate this cake are fun and easy to make. Just use the cookie recipe and cookie templates.

Ingredients
1 tube (18 oz.) yellow cake mix (any brand that includes pound cake instructions)
1 can (16 oz.) plus 1 cup prepared vanilla frosting
Green and yellow paste food coloring
3 tubes (.68 oz.) green decorating gel
1 1/2 cups prepared chocolate pudding
20 chocolate, cream-filled cookies (Oreos), ground fine
Mini chocolate-chip cookies
Gummy worms
12-cup Bundt pan
Wooden skewers

Start Cooking

Step 1
Prepare the cake mix according to pound cake recipe. Pour into a 12-cup Bundt pan and bake at 350°F until golden, about 50 to 60 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool for ten minutes. Invert and cool completely.

Step 2
Place the cake on a coloring rack over a sheet pan lined with wax paper. In a mixing bowl, tint the vanilla frosting with the green food coloring and a few drops of yellow to make a lime-green color.

Step 3
Heat the mixture in a microwave-safe measuring cup for ten seconds at a time, stirring, until it is the texture of Elmer's glue (or slightly beaten cream).

Step 4
Pour the frosting over the cake, trying to cover as much as possible. Scrape the excess from the wax paper, reheat, and pour over the cake again, creating a layered look.

Step 5
Transfer the cake to a serving platter.

Step 6
Drizzle green decorating gel over top of the cake.

Step 7
Fill the center of cake with the prepared pudding.

Step 8
Sprinkle the top and base of the cake with the chocolate-cookie crumbs.

Step 9
Add mini chocolate-chip cookies and Gummy Worms.

Step 10
Arrange cookie faces around side of cake and on top, using wooden skewers to help support cookies.
