For this recipe you'll need to make beforehand Basic Vanilla Cupcakes or Simple Chocolate Cupcakes. To decorate these cupcakes, you'll need the Little Bill Cupcakes Template, chocolate melting wafers, and decorating frosting, which are available in baking-supply stores. Make sure the cupcakes have cooled completely before you begin decorating.

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups milk chocolate melting
24 whole-wheat cereal "O"s (such as Cheerios)
1 tube (4.25 oz.) brown decorating frosting
1 tube (4.25 oz.) red decorating frosting
1 roll strawberry or cherry fruit leather (such as Fruit by the Foot)
1 can (16 oz.) prepared vanilla frosting
1/2 cup mixed colored sprinkles (orange, blue, and green)

Start Cooking

Step 1
Line two cookie sheets with wax paper and place the Little Bill Cupcakes Template under the wax paper. Melt the chocolate wafers in a medium glass bowl in the microwave until smooth, about one to two minutes, stirring frequently. Spoon the melted chocolate into a resealable bag. Snip a small corner form the bag and outline and fill in Little Bill's head with chocolate. Place cereal rings on either side as the ears. Repeat to make 12. Place the cookies sheets in the refrigerator for about five minutes or until the chocolate has set.

Step 2
Spoon a 1/2 cup of the vanilla frosting into a resealable bag. Cut the fruit leather into 1 1/2-inch lips (freehand) and press onto the chilled chocolate. Place brown candies on top and pipe on white dots.

Step 3
Pipe eyebrows and nose with the brown frosting and outline the lips with the red. Snip a small from the bag and pipe Little Bill's eyes.

Step 4
Frost the tops of the cupcakes with the remaining frosting. Place the sprinkles on a flat and roll the edge of each cupcake to coat. Peel the chocolate faces from the wax paper and place them on top of the cupcakes.

Step 5
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
