Step 2: Fold and glue the pieces to the bag
Fold the upper third of the paper bag down so the flap is at the back. Glue the face cut-out to the back flap, facing forward. Cut and fold the hands as indicated and glue those over the front and back edge of the fold. Center and glue the name label to the front of the bag.
Step 3: Fill the bag with goodies and tape down the back
Let the glue dry completely on each bag before filling with goodies and personalizing. Don't forget to include a "Master of Disguise" goody bag note in each. Tape down the fold in the back to make sure the character faces stay upright.
