What You Need
Makeup sponges
Light-blue and dark-blue face paints (available at party-supply stores)
Small paintbrushes
Blue’s Face-Painting printable
Tissues or baby wipes (for cleanup)

What You Do

Step 1
Check with parents first to make sure kids don’t have any face paint or makeup allergies. Read the face paint directions carefully.

Step 2
Using a makeup sponge, gently dab the light-blue paint all over the child’s face as a base. Be careful to avoid the eyes. Tip: To minimize squirming, hang something interesting on the wall for the child to focus on or put in a video.

Step 3
To make Blue's nose, use a small brush and paint a mushroom shape with wide circles extending beyond each nostril. See the Blue Face-Painting printable for reference.

Step 4
Add large darker blue circles around the cheeks with a makeup sponge. Use baby wipes or tissues dipped in water for cleanup.
