Step 1
Help your preschooler drape crepe paper around the room and secure it with sticky tape. (Add a bit of learning by creating a pattern of color and asking your child which streamer comes next in the pattern.)
Step 2
Draw large spirals on sheets of light-blue and dark-blue construction paper and show your child how to cut along the spiral. Hang the spirals from the ceiling with sticky tape and string.
Step 3
Make bouquets of balloons on long ribbons to place outside your front door and around the room.
