Diego Rain Forest Layer Bars

Ingredients
5 tbsp. butter, melted
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 bag (7 oz.) chopped mixed dried tropical fruit (Sun-Maid Tropical Trio)
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 can (14 oz.) fat-free sweetened condensed milk



Start Cooking

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F.



Step 2
Line a 9- by 13-inch baking pan with foil and spray with non-stick vegetable oil.



Step 3
Pour the butter over the graham cracker crumbs in a medium bowl. Stir until well mixed.



Step 4
Spread the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking pan and press to make smooth and even with a spoon, spatula, or clean hands.



Step 5
Sprinkle the top with the dried fruit, then add the chocolate chips, coconut, and pecans.



Step 6
Drizzle the condensed milk over the mixture.



Step 7
Bake until golden and bubbly, about 25 to 30 minutes.



Step 8
Transfer to a wire rack and cool completely.



Step 9
Cut into 24 bars.
