Step 1
One player gets to be Sportacus first. Like the game Simon Says, he faces the other players and tells them to act out something, but all of his commands must be to do something healthy. For example, "Sportacus says, 'Let's brush our teeth.' Sportacus says, 'Let's run in place.' Sportacus says, 'Let's try jumping jacks." Sportacus says, 'Let's play tennis.'"
Step 2
The other players must do as Sportacus says, but only if he starts by saying the words Sportacus says. If a player obeys the command when Sportacus hasn't said Sportacus says, he's out of the game.
Step 3
Sportacus should say please at the end of every command. If Sportacus forgets to say please, then another player gets to be Sportacus.
Step 4
The last person left playing gets to be Sportacus next. Keep playing until everyone has had a chance to be Sportacus.
