  • 1 bag (12 oz.) Birds Eye® Steamfresh® Super Sweet Corn, cooked according to package directions
  • 2 cups chunky salsa, divided
  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken (without skin)
  • 2 cups shredded reduced-fat Mexican blend or cheddar cheese, divided
  • 8 (eight-inch) whole wheat flour tortillas


  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease bottom of 13- by 9-inch shallow baking dish; set aside.

  2. Step 2

    Combine prepared super sweet corn, chicken, 1 3/4 cups cheese and 1 cup salsa.

  3. Step 3

    Evenly spread down centers of tortillas and roll up.

  4. Step 4

    Arrange in a 13- by 9-inch baking dish and top with remaining salsa and cheese.

  5. Step 5

    Cover with aluminum foil and bake 25 minutes or until heated through.
