Step-by-Step Video

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup blueberry yogurt
  • 1/4 cup granola

Supplies

  • 2 craft sticks
Tip: Before dipping the banana in yogurt, make sure to stir the yogurt with a small spoon until it is smooth.

Directions

  1. Step 1

Peel the banana. Kids can cut the peeled banana in half with a plastic knife. Parents can carefully insert a craft stick into each piece.

  2. Step 2

Place the yogurt into a shallow bowl and stir until it is creamy. Help your child roll the banana pieces in the blueberry yogurt.

  3. Step 3

Place the granola in a dish or shallow bowl. Roll the banana pieces in the granola and eat!

Tip: If you child wants to stir the yogurt, you may want to transfer it to a bowl first to avoid any spills.
