Remove the skin from the avocado half. Place the avocado, cut side down on a cutting board. Make two cuts, crosswise, starting at the narrow end of the avocado about 1 inch and 1/2 inch apart. Arrange the slices on a serving plate. Cut the cucumber slice in half to make two semicircles. Place the cucumber slices in between the cuts in the avocado to make Brobee's head.
Cut the red pepper into three 1- by 1/2-inch triangles. Cut the remaining red pepper into a rounded semicircle for the mouth, about 1 1/2 inches by 3/4 inch. Arrange the triangular pepper pieces at the top of the avocado as the spikes. Cut the olive into three thin slices lengthwise and two small circles. Cut the cheese into two small 1/2-inch ovals.
Place the red pepper mouth on the largest piece of the avocado. Arrange the black olive slices as the eyebrows and mouth. Place the cheese ovals as the eyes and the black olive circles as the pupils.
