Bubble Guppies Grumpfish Pizza

Turn any frown upside down with a pizza right out of Bubble Guppies--it's Mr. Grumpfish! Show kids how to use zesty crumbled sausage, olives, and red pepper to make his face.

Ingredients

• 1 lb. pre-made pizza dough
• Flour for rolling dough
• 3/4 cup pizza sauce
• 3/4 cup grated part-skim Mozzarella cheese
• 1 cup cooked crumbled sausage pieces
• 1/2 green pepper cut into 1/2-inch rectangles
• 1 red pepper, sliced
• 1 black olive, sliced

Directions

1. Step 1

   Preheat oven to 400°F. Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper.

2. Step 2

   Cut the pizza dough in half. Sprinkle a work surface with some flour. Roll each piece of dough--adding some flour to prevent sticking--into two 12-inch circles. Transfer the discs to the prepared cookie sheets. Prick the bottom of each piece of dough with a fork.

3. Step 3

   Bake the dough and rotate the cookie sheets halfway through, until golden brown, about 10 to 15 minutes. Remove dough from the oven and re-prick the dough to flatten it.

4. Step 4

   Spread the pizza sauce over the top, leaving a 3/4-inch edge. Top with cheese. Using the photo as a guide, arrange the sausage pieces in the shape of Mr. Grumpfish atop each pizza. Add olive slices for the eyes and the red pepper for the eyebrows. Arrange the green pepper for the mouth.

5. Step 5

   Return the pizzas to the ovens and bake until the cheese is melted and heated through, about 5 to 10 minutes longer. Serve immediately.
