Diego Polar Bear Float

Take vanilla ice cream out for a float in this unBEARably cute Diego dessert--complete with a marshmallow polar bear that will melt their hearts!

Ingredients

• 1 marshmallow
• 1 tube (4.25 oz.) black decorating frosting
• 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
• 2 drops blue food coloring
• 1 cup white birch beer or 1/2 cup white grape juice with � cup club soda

Directions

1. Step 1

   Cut the marshmallow in half crosswise. Cut one half in half again to make 2 semi circles. Press the semi circles on the outer edge of the larger marshmallow as the ears. Pipe eyes and a nose on the larger marshmallow as the polar bear face.

2. Step 2

   Place the ice cream into a glass. Tint the soda with the blue food coloring. Pour over the ice cream. Add a straw and the polar bear marshmallow.
