Dino Dan Sandwich

A dinosaur-shaped cookie cutter transforms a simple sandwich into a dino-riffic one.

Ingredients

• 1 slice each wheat bread and white bread (bread slices should be the same size)
• 2 tsp. mayonnaise
• 1 leaf lettuce
• 2 slices yellow cheese
• 2 slices ham or turkey (any favorite deli meat will do)
• 3 slices small tomato
• 1 small cucumber, cut into spears
• 1/2 cup veggie chips

• Dinosaur cookie cutters

Directions

1. Step 1

   Place the bread slices on a clean work surface. Using a 3-inch dinosaur cookie cutter, cut out a dinosaur shape in the center of each slice of bread. Replace the opening with the contrasting bread.

2. Step 2

   Spread each slice of bread with the mayonnaise. Top one slice of bread with the lettuce, cheese, ham or turkey and tomato slices. Place the other slice of bread, mayonnaise side down on top.

3. Step 3

   Arrange the sandwich in a small container. Add the cucumber spears and veggie chips. Enjoy!
