DJ Lance Soup Topper

Add some cool crunch and a beat to their bowl with the only soup topper that has DJ Lance style!

Ingredients

• 1 (8 in.) whole wheat flour tortilla
• Vegetable cooking spray
• 2 tbsp. grated cheddar cheese
• 1 chopped scallion

Supplies

• DJ Lance Soup Topper Template
• Scissors or small paring knife

Directions

1. Step 1

   Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Step 2

   Using the template as a guide, cut the tortilla with scissors or a small paring knife. Place the cut out onto a cookie sheet. Spray lightly with vegetable cooking spray. Bake until just beginning to brown and crisp, about 4 to 6 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack.

3. Step 3

   Arrange cheese as DJ Lance's hair and scallion as the outline of his glasses.

4. Step 4

   Heat up your child's favorite soup and spoon into a soup bowl. Place the soup topper on top and serve.
