Dora's Star Pasta Salad

Small star-shaped pasta and bright red and yellow peppers transform pasta salad into a festive side dish. Delicioso!

Ingredients

• 1 cup cooked star-shaped soup noodles
• 1/2 each red and yellow pepper
• 1 tsp. red wine vinegar
• 1 tbsp. olive oil
• 1/4 cup frozen peas, thawed
• Salt & pepper

Supplies

• 3/4-in. star-shaped cookie cutter

Directions

1. Step 1

   Whisk the vinegar and oil in a small bowl. Stir in the cooked pasta and peas.

2. Step 2

   Trim and cut the peppers into small stars using a 3/4-inch star-shaped cookie cutter.

3. Step 3

   Toss the peppers into the pasta mixture and season with salt and pepper.
